I have some clumsy kids.

Well, I have good reason for neglecting my blog. My step daughters are clumsy. My youngest has a broken foot thanks to her sister "accidentally" dropping a giant piece of sidewalk onto her foot. As if that wasn't enough my oldest was playing on the slip n slide on our front lawn and broke her finger on her right hand. So I have two helpers that can't help anymore. LOL Which means I now have to be their helper. So trying to get anything done business wise has been slow coming.

My baby is teething and wants to be held all day long so I have been painting with her on my lap. I have to keep her back away from the letters as I found out the hard way after she drooled all over my paint brush. It's not easy painting while bouncing. Who would have thought? ;)

My daughter rolled over today!!!

Ok I know this is my business blog but I AM a mother first and my baby girl, who is only 3 months old, is just too smart for her own good. I placed her on the floor for some play time and put "RAE" ( http://goshopping.thestar.com/shop/product--catId_1000070__locale_en__productId_4893713.html - her favorite toy which can no longer be found anywhere so I hope we NEVER misplace him) on the side of her. She was looking at her bunny and then she just rolled right on top of him! I couldn't believe my eyes and of course she wouldn't do it again for my husband but I swear I wasn't imagining it. She rolled!! Can you tell I'm a proud mommy :)

My first blog post :)

At 29 years old I have finally decided to join the 21st century and start a blog. I am very excited to be venturing into new territory. My etsy store is only a month old and I still have much to learn but so far my experience has been wonderful. There are many talented and friendly people there and for anyone that hasn't checked it out yet, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I am grateful to have finally found somewhere to share my items with the world because they are too cute to keep to myself (not that I'm bias) I will be having a blog contest soon to celebrate the birth of my blog so check back soon.
