Baby it's cold outside.

Where did that 90 degree day we had just two short days ago go to? It was too hot to take pictures of my latest creations and now it's freezing and overcast. UGH! The sun is nowhere to be seen. Wisconsin weather is for the birds! I have been dressing the baby in long pants and long sleeve shirts which really stinks because I am just learning how to sew and I just made her a skirt without using a pattern. Patterns scare me. Way to many parts to them. I have to charge up my camera and I post some pics of it tomorrow. I am really proud of myself!

Time for a contest!

I have be blogging for a month now and to celebrate, I am having a giveaway. I don't want a boring "post my blog link all over the Internet" type of contest. I want to do something fun and unique. I will be giving away one set of nursery letters. You can choose between your child's first name or a word (ie. love, play, etc..) I will paint them however you wish. Post my blog link everywhere you can! Kidding of course LOL (Unless of course you really want to and then I have to tell you that you rock!)



The way to enter the contest is to write one sentence about my etsy store and post it into the comment section of this blog post. Sounds easy right? WRONG. There is a catch. The sentence you post must not contain the letter "E" The sentence must make sense and use actual words that can be found on http://dictionary.com/

This contest will run until September 30th, 2008 at 11:59pm CST. The winner will be chosen at random by my parrot Pavi




I will place all entries in a hat and my bird (isn't he handsome) will pick one paper completely at random.
